So it’s only natural that they’d do it again. Only this time they plan is to make it bigger and better. But how could they possibly top last year’s award show? Well, for starters, the fate of the contesting casinos was placed in the players’ hands. Yes, this year players got to nominate their favorite casinos. The nominated casinos were shortlisted for the voting phase (more on this a little later).

The Nomination Process

For these awards to be valuable, the process followed has to be flawless. AskGamblers has seen to it that this is so. The process has to phases: nomination and voting.

But unlike the 2018 awards, the AskGamblers team relegated the nomination process to the players. This means that this year, and hopefully for the years to come, you’ll have the privilege of nominating your favorite casino to the award. This year’s nomination phase closed on 30th September 2018.

But here’s the thing about this year’s nomination. Though any casino can be nominated for the AskGamblers Awards, only the top 10 make it to the voting phase.

Voting

We are currently in the voting phase. This phase started on 1st October 2018 and will be open until 17th January 2019 (the day of the Gala event). During this phase, you’ll vote for any of the casinos on each of the listed categories. Note that the winner in each category is crowned based on the votes cast by players and judges.

It’s also worth noting that this year you’ll have the chance to vote in the ‘Player’s Choice’ category. The winner of this category will be crowned based on the player votes.
