Game Developer BGaming Notes Growth

Game developer BGaming, an in-house game developer for Softswiss, has released a new summary of its online casino business that highlights the company’s global growth this year.

The company has experienced historic growth over the last 12 months, with gross gaming revenues standing at a whopping 217%. This also means that the volume of individual bets on the BGaming games has grown by a factor of 2.5x while the number of players has grown by 236%.

As a result of this rapid growth, the studio’s team has grown from 64 members to 120 in over 12 months.

In 2021, the company’s overall growth and games could be found on more than 500 online gaming sites. However, this number has now grown to more than 800 gaming sites by the end of the year. Most of the new operations are taking place at crypto casinos rather than fiat casinos.

The company, which is headquartered in Malta, but has offices in the Republic of Georgia and Poland, is looking to acquire more gambling licences in the newly regulated markets of Slovakia, Bulgaria and Green in addition to the Romanian licence, awarded in 2022.

In 2022, the company released more than 30 games, which come with unique features and mechanics. It also created one of the first Megaways slot games as well as its first cluster-pay slot games.

Other features rolled out in 2022 include collective features, instant wins, reel resizing as well as in-game jackpots. The company’s Trueways mechanic was also first witnessed in its popular re-release of the popular Elvis Frog in Vegas slot game. This online slot game has made numerous shortlists at industry awards presentations, including the Global Gaming Awards.
