LeoVegas Adds AI Startup to its Portfolio

Leading online casino LeoVegas has added humbl.ai to its hefty LeoVentures investment portfolio bringing the total number of companies to five.

Humbl.ai is an AI-powered solution that aims to support e-commerce as well as igaming business across compliance and marketing verticals. The company also develops a modular suite of tools that use AI and automation to empower businesses in areas such as SEO, paid media, compliance and affiliation.

These tools help companies optimise their marketing efforts by reducing costs and increasing their return on investments.

LeoVegas said humbl.ai allows firms to “streamline marketing efforts, cut costs and maximise their return on investment”.

The company based in Tallinn, Estonia was founded by former Catena Media, Goliath and Acroud head Alen Kojadinovic in October 2022. Kojadinovic left his Head of Casino position at Acroud in July 2022 to launch the Humbl.ai startup.

Humbl.ai will be joining the casino streaming platform CasinoGround as well as the supplier Blue Guru Games in the LeoVentures portfolio. eSports betting platform Pixel.bet and BeyondPlay make up the remainder of the companies LeoVentures holds a stake in.

LeoVegas said: “LeoVentures drives growth and value creation by allowing portfolio companies to retain their entrepreneurial identities and independence at the same time that they can accelerate their growth with capital, knowledge and strength of the entire LeoVegas Group.

We are thrilled to have humbl.ai as part of [the team] and can’t wait to see what they will achieve in the future”.

MGM Resorts-owned LeoVegas previously sold live casino supplier Authentic Gaming to Genting back in October 2019 for an impressive €15m in one of the most successful returns for its LeoVentures arm.

The main aim of LeoVentures is to drive value creation and growth by allowing its portfolio companies to hold onto their entrepreneurial identities and independence. At the same time, they also benefit and boost their growth with knowledge, strength and capital with the aid of the LeoVegas Group.
