Software game developer Lightning Box has released its first keno table game with a bonus-enhanced feature. This is no ordinary keno game, as it comes with 4 jackpot games and a respins function.
The new game will present players with a grid of 80 number choices. The players have the option to choose between three and 10 numbers as well as determine the game’s own volatility, house edge and payout percentage.
The game’s random number generator will then randomly produce 20 numbers which will be displayed on the grid. Players must match at least two numbers to generate some wins.
For players who don’t quite fancy picking their own numbers, there is a Quick Pick feature available. As the game plays out, the company’s signature lightning bolt symbol will be attached to all numbers drawn.
This is where the game gets exciting. If six or more of these special numbers are drawn out, a lightning bonus respin round will be activated.
Respins in Lightning Bonus
Three respins will immediately be unlocked, and reels will be made active at random. If a cash prize appears on the grin, the respin count is reset to three once again. In addition to regular cash prizes, players have the chance to win one of four jackpots.
They will pop up on the grid as either 2 x 2 or 3 x 3 colossal symbols on the reels. Even so, the respin counter will be reset back to three, which allows players to scoop up even more generous wins.
Lightning Box Operations Manager Michael Maokhamphiou said: “Keno is our first table game. We are thrilled to couple the unique gameplay offered by this title with our player’s favourite mechanic, lightning respin.
“Providing players with the bonus round found within popular titles like Lightning Gorilla and Lighting Blaze in conjunction with the table gameplay of keno has produced a title with universal appeal that we are excited to see players reception.”
