The first feature that will immediately jump at you is the Cash Elevator feature. This feature is available during the base game. Since the game is set in an elevator in a building with 13 floors, your wins will be affected by your journey up and down the lift.

On the first floor, you will see all available paying symbols present on the reels. However, the higher you will go up the elevator, the lower value symbols will become increasingly absent from the reels.

Make it all the way up to the 12th floor and you will benefit from high paying symbols on the reels.

There are a number of ways of moving between floors. You can move up by hitting a winning combination with lower valued symbols. In this case, you move up one level.

Additionally, arrow symbols can also crop up on the middle reel. When it does, you will move up or down depending on which way the arrow is pointing and the number of floors.

Verdict

Cash Elevator is a highly volatile slot game and boy, does it show! We were spinning for ages waiting to hit the win. At the same time, moving up and down the elevator, was a great touch to a game that lacked substance in some places.

As players, we found ourselves spinning the reels in the hope of either hitting the basement or making it all the way to the top floor. This was a cheeky yet troubling feature which made calling it quits a little difficult.

Though it boasts a horror theme, there was nothing frightening about this game. If anything, we were quite pleased with the numerous features including the free spins round and the hold and win.

Overall, we really struggled to hit wins in this game, so it might not be ideal for players with a small bankroll. However, we did find it entertaining enough, and with the chance of hitting 20,000x your bet, the pros outweigh the cons here.

Additionally, the chance of kicking off the free spins round with 24 spins was a little too hard to resist.
