For this review, however, I needed more detailed answers. The contact form was my only option to reach the support. An email is available but only listed for use in responsible gaming support. There’s no live chat or phone number, which is a pain if you prefer directly talking to an agent. However, it took only a few hours for them to reply. Priority customer support is unlocked when you reach the ‘Silver’ level of the VIP Program.
