Usability of Pulsz

Pulsz’ black-and-pink user interface is organized efficiently to show your most important settings and relevant game categories on a single webpage. It’s easy to search for games, see a history of the titles you’ve already tried, access your account settings, view your transactions, and get in touch with support via the menu. The homepage also features a moving promotional banner.

At the very bottom of the screen, there’s an “Install” button that gives me the ability to add Pulsz as a shortcut on my desktop. Lastly, they link to their social media pages at the bottom-left of the homepage. This interface appears largely the same on mobile whether you use their site or app.

Interestingly enough, their application feels less developed than their mobile-optimized website. If you look at the “Pulsz-tastic Games” category, only the app has the text misplaced on mobile.

Pulsz depends almost entirely on classic slots and tournaments to keep casual gamers coming back for more. Their arcade games and classic table games are few and far in-between with no roulette or baccarat in their library. They don’t have any live games or specialty games, either.

Pulsz Redemption Times

If you claim Sweeps Coins (SC) as the result of a welcome bonus, login bonus, or GC purchase, you must play through the value of your SC at least once before you’re eligible to receive prizes. Those who win SC from Pulsz’ collection of slots and specialties can redeem them immediately.

Players must collect at least 10 redeemable SC to request a virtual gift card through email. They impose a 100 SC redemption minimum for bank transfers. I received my gift card within minutes but I waited a full 24 hours to see my $100 prize after requesting a bank transfer through Trustly.

I spoke with real support representatives at Pulsz Casino using their Contact Form and email hotline. I tried to message them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, but I didn’t get a reply.

First up, I emailed support@pulsz.com with a general question about whether they plan to add more table games at some point in the future. The agent who responded to my inquiry 3 hours later informed me that he didn’t know this information, but he was helpful and professional.

Next, I went through Pulsz’ Contact Form to set purchase limits on my account. I entered my email address, full name, and Customer ID (which is at the lower-left of your screen if you’re logged in). I chose “Responsible Social Gameplay Tools” from the drop-down list.

After entering a subject and description, I clicked “Submit” and received a response four hours later. The person I spoke with imposed my requested purchase limits right away, and I saw the changes apply to my account 24 hours later. Last but not least, I explored Pulsz’ Help Center.
