If you’re not using an iPhone, you just have to enter your card details to complete your transaction. Once the payment was processed, my GC was instantly added to my account so I could start playing games.

Spree Prize Redemption

Spree Coins that have been won through gameplay can be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards. The minimum for redeeming gift cards is 10 SC, while cash prizes require at least 75 SC. To make a redemption, you’ll need to provide verification documents, including a government-issued ID and proof of address. You can only make one prize redemption request every 48 hours.

Cash prizes can be sent to any bank account registered in your name. My first redemption took 5 days, as Spree had to check and approve my verification documents. However, once my account was verified, the following redemptions took only 2 or 3 days to reach my bank account. If you want your prize quickly, I’d recommend opting for a gift card redemption. My gift card prize was sent to me within just a few hours of my request.

💡Update 09/08/2024: Our research team has informed me that Spree has also recently updated its redemption time to 24–48 hours for most of the purchase methods, so I look forward to testing this out again and seeing if the time is actually quicker.

A more detailed FAQ section would be beneficial, especially considering there’s no live chat.

I contacted the support team through email and the helpline with my unanswered questions. I received a response to my email within 24 hours, an average response time for email support. I waited on the phone for several minutes before I was connected to an agent, but I appreciated directly speaking to a representative and receiving instant answers. In both cases, the support team was useful and friendly, answering all my questions in detail. However, as I said before, a live chat would significantly improve this area with immediate assistance through a more accessible channel.

Spree is legally able to operate in 42 states, so it is fully compliant with all necessary regulations to ensure a safe gaming environment.
